Adam is a versatile corporate and employment lawyer who provides strategic legal solutions to many of our clients’ businesses.

Adam’s practice includes the full range of corporate matters including general advisory, M&A work and corporate investments.  His expertise also extends to employment matters, where he assists clients in putting in place complex and bespoke arrangements for senior employees and assists with exits..

Adam joined Quastels in 2011 and has been described as “true strategic partner to our business who consistently pushes deals over the line”.  Adam works across multiple sectors and in particular has a number of clients in the hospitality, retail and recruitment industries.

Adam is also on the Board of Trustees for Harrow Law Centre, a non-profit organisation which provides a free and independent legal advice service to people who live or work in the London Borough of Harrow (http://harrowlawcentre.org.uk/) and Help 4 the Homeless, Quastels’ partnered charity for 2024 (https://www.help4thehomeless.charity/).
