Ramona is a Solicitor in the Employment team and advises organisations and senior executives on a range of diverse and operational employment and HR matters.

With a keen understanding of both employer and employee perspectives, Ramona is able to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and accessible manner with a focus on achieving her clients’ desired outcomes.

Ramona’s experience is varied, and she has advised in a range of different sectors including logistics, hospitality, retail, pharmaceutical and construction.

Ramona’s work includes:

• Drafting contracts of employment and implementing staff policies and procedures
• Preparing contracts for consultants, zero-hour workers and apprentices
• Advising on absences, performance, disciplinary/grievances, family leave and flexible working applications
• Dealing with terminations, settlements, redundancies and Employment Tribunal claims

Ramona qualified in February 2021 and joined Quastels in March 2024.
