An introduction to Quastels for debt recovery & enforcement

Our debt recovery and enforcement team is committed to helping clients recover outstanding debts quickly and cost-effectively. We understand the serious impact that unpaid invoices can have on cash flow and business stability, so we tailor our approach to focus on efficient, results-driven strategies to secure payment as fast as possible. We utilise a variety of measures, including court injunctions and legal claims, to apply pressure and facilitate quick settlements.

When a court judgement remains unpaid, we offer a range of enforcement options. This may include instructing suitable enforcement officers to seize and sell debtor assets, securing the debt against property through a charging order, or applying for a third party debt order to freeze and seize funds held by a bank.

For corporate debtors we can prepare statutory demands and winding up petitions to compel the debtor to settle the outstanding balance.

For employed individuals, we can arrange an attachment of earnings order, ensuring payments are deducted directly from their income. In cases of persistent non-payment, we may escalate to winding-up or bankruptcy proceedings.

Our approach combines both expertise and efficiency, offering effective solutions while minimising disruption to your daily business.
