Ann is a highly driven trilingual solicitor in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation department. She is known for her ability to handle and lead complex matters as well as to engage with complex principles of law. Her approachable nature and pragmatic advice – both within and beyond legal frameworks – make her a trusted advisor to clients and the firm.
Ann has a particular interest in substantial commercial and corporate disputes and has assisted major entities facing insolvency, significant financial or litigation risk.
Ann has also built up extensive experience in property litigation and acts for both landlords and tenants in relation to leasehold disputes and possession claims.
Ann is also fluent in multiple languages including English, Mandarin and Cantonese, which enables her to connect and build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ann received a Honours Class for her LLB degree from Queen Mary University of London, and subsequently obtained a distinction in her Masters of Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (London).
