Cheryl is a Solicitor working in the immigration department. She successfully completed the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) and accredited as a Senior Caseworker. With her previous experience at the UK Visas and Immigration International Centre, she possesses extensive knowledge of UK immigration law and valuable insights into the UKVI’s operational procedures.

She excels in handling a wide range of complex corporate and private client matters. Her specific areas of expertise include applications made under the Points-Based System, Global Business Mobility, Sponsor Licence, Representative of an Overseas Business, Spouse/Partner, Long residence, EU Settlement Scheme, nationality and British citizenship.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both in oral and written communication. This enables her to provide legal services and client care to an exceptional standard to our English-speaking and Chinese-speaking clients.
