Georgia-Mae supports the Residential Team with a range of matters, mainly the sale and purchase of new and existing properties, as well as complex non-transactional matters.

Georgia-Mae assists with complex re-financing matters, working diligently through lenders’ requirements and loan structures to ensure her client’s goal is realised. She also advises on transfers of equity in a variety of situations, from gifting within a family, to the de-enveloping of corporate-owned properties.
