With over a decade’s experience, Jayesh is a trusted advisor to his clients; his experience extends to advising foreign diplomatic officials and members of foreign royal families, also Jayesh acts for some of the most prominent private families and companies in the UK.
Jayesh has a broad experience in all areas of Immigration, global mobility, and nationality law. He is ranked by Citywealth in 2022 – 2024 as a being a ‘top 10 advisor in the UK’. He is frequently instructed by law firms globally to provide advice on UK related matters.
His experience includes advising corporates in luxury retail and hospitality as well as Fin-tech companies with their market entry to the UK. Jayesh has a particular focus on UHNWI clients and entrepreneurs – he works closely with private banks and strategic advisors providing a holistic strategy for his clients.
Jayesh is an experienced Human Rights lawyer and advises on corporate raiding and international protection. He is responsible for advising on political protection in the United Kingdom and litigates on behalf of his clients against state-sponsored persecution and INTERPOL Red Notices. He is also particularly experienced at dealing with contentious immigration matters such as Judicial Review and defending companies against civil penalty proceedings.
Jayesh heads the firm’s India Desk and is a key contact to a bi-lateral trade body fostering FDI between the UK and India. He advises government bodies in both jurisdictions on the future of Immigration between the countries and attends roundtables with decision makers at state level. He routinely works with leading lawyers in India and provides UK legal advice in a cross-border setting.
Aside from India, Jayesh’s clients emanate from the Middle East, Europe, The United States and Asia. As such, Jayesh has a strong alliance with lawyers and intermediaries globally.
