Joshua gained experience working in both residential and commercial property transactions during his training and subsequent qualification experience at Clyde & Co and Forsters respectively.

Since qualifying as a lawyer, he has worked closely alongside tax and corporate teams, representing both foreign-based and domestic individuals, lenders and companies on a wide range of fast-paced property transactions, and has developed a specialism for advising on luxury London property and high-value deals.

He is known not only for his knowledge and experience in residential property, but a friendly and pragmatic approach when helping his clients achieve their goals. Joshua joined Quastels in May 2021.
