Lin is an Associate and a dual qualified solicitor for England & Wales and China. She joined Quastels’ immigration team in 2022.

She has extensive expertise in advising both corporate and private clients in various UK immigration schemes, i.e. Sponsorship Licence, Skilled Worker, Global Mobility, Innovator, Point-base system, Family and Citizenship. She has assisted numerous multi-national companies in establishing and expanding their business in the UK.

Lin previously worked as a Business Development Manager for a number of law firms and legal consultant companies, and she has established a strong client base in Asia.

Lin is fluent in English and Mandarin.
