Lotta is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial Team. Lotta completed her training contract at Quastels and qualified as a Solicitor in May 2023.  Lotta has gained a broad range of experience on a variety of corporate transactions, including assisting on due diligence and corporate sales and purchases, as well as drafting shareholders and joint venture agreements.  Lotta has a Masters in Legal Practice and a degree in Journalism from the University of Westminster. Lotta is fluent in English and German.
