Max Sherrard is an experienced litigator acting commercial, civil and sports disputes. Max has a broad range of experience, working on predominantly complex litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal, Court of Arbitration for Sport but also has experience appearing in the Competition Appeal Tribunal and LCIA Arbitrations. Max also has a depth of knowledge on contentious regulatory matters, having advised clients on internal and regulatory investigations. Max is a Solicitor Advocate, holding Higher Rights of Audience (Civil).
