Aine is a Real Estate Associate (New Zealand Qualified) in the firm’s Residential Real Estate team.

Aine’s experience in the United Kingdom and New Zealand includes all aspects of residential property, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and developments. She has previously advised international investors, high-net-worth individuals and property development companies on prime and super-prime London residential property transactions.

Aine qualified as a solicitor in 2017. Prior to joining Quastels in 2021, she worked at Keystone Law in the Private Property team and Linklaters LLP in the Structured Finance Group.
