Sviat is a Legal Executive within the Immigration Department. He provides legal support to the Solicitors of the departments, working on a variety of cases ranging from Corporate to Private Immigration. Sviat is also a qualified Solicitor in Ukraine and works under the supervision of the Solicitors within the Immigration Department. He also holds master’s degrees in Law and Translation.

For the past two years, Sviat has devoted his time to assisting Ukrainian nationals to obtain status under the Ukraine visa scheme. He is considered an expert within this visa category having assisted over 200 clients and their families under this route.

As such, Sviat is a primary contact to assist Ukrainian clients both in a personal and business capacity. During his spare time Sviat volunteers as a teacher at a Ukrainian school.
