This includes mezzanine finance, Sharia law finance, construction/development finance, security documents, facility agreements, loan agreements, guarantees, and certificates of title. We can provide independent legal advice to guarantors (where appropriate). We advise all types of clients from private equity to major financial institutions. We work closely with colleagues in our Residential, Banking and Finance, Construction and Corporate teams.
