Stephanie Houston is a Senior Associate in the Construction team.

Stephanie has experience dealing with a wide range of construction and engineering projects in relation to both transactional and contentious matters. She advises employers, contractors and consultants on the full scope of construction issues, from procurement and contract negotiation through to dispute avoidance and resolution. She provides support on the construction elements of complex property-related joint ventures and development finance. She also advises the firm’s private clients on high-value residential construction projects.

Stephanie trained and practiced at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP before joining Quastels, and is admitted to practice in England and Wales. She is bilingual in French and English.
